Patient app · built and running

The average GP visit lasts 15 minutes.
Your health doesn't stop when it ends.

beyond15 is where you journal, track, and understand what's happening in between — so the next 15 minutes with your doctor start from real context, not a blank page.

Built for iOS. On-device AI. No journal entry ever leaves your phone.

Every data stream can be revoked, per-item
EXPORTABLE
Your data leaves in CSV or PDF, on your terms
Live in the app today

Nothing here is a mockup.

Everything below is running in the current build — not a roadmap slide. Green means it works right now.

Reflect

Journaling that talks back, gently
Live

Text journaling

A simple, private place to write. Stored on your device, not a server.

Live

11-point mood tracking

Rate your day on a real scale — enough range to actually see patterns over time.

Live

AI compassionate reflections

A short, validating response to each entry — generated on-device, never diagnostic.

New

Topic & emotion tagging

Recurring themes in your writing are surfaced automatically, each paired with its dominant emotion.

Track

Everyday health, in plain language
Live

HealthKit sync

Your sleep, steps, and heart data flow in automatically — nothing to log by hand.

Live

Caffeine tracker

Log a coffee in one tap. No calculators, no jargon.

Live

Alcohol tracker

Standard-drinks logging with sensible presets built in.

Live

Symptom tracker

Note what you're feeling and where, with a timestamp attached automatically.

Stay safe

Safeguards that run before anything else does
Live

Crisis keyword detection

Entries are screened on-device first. If crisis language is found, the AI is never called.

Live

Crisis resource screen

Immediate access to real support lines, shown instead of an AI response.

Live

Granular consent ledger

Turn any single data stream on or off. Every change is logged, nothing is silent.

Own your data

It's yours — leaving should be as easy as arriving
Live

CSV & PDF export

Take everything with you — a raw CSV, or a clinician-ready PDF brief.

Live

Full data deletion

One action, genuinely gone — not soft-deleted, not archived.

In progress

Clinic QR pairing

Scan-to-share with a GP is wired up in the app; the clinic-side backend is next.

See it running

A few minutes with the app.

Three short clips from the current build. Swap in your own recordings — instructions are at the end of the write-up you asked for.

Journaling & reflection

Writing an entry, rating mood, and receiving an on-device reflection.

Health tracking

HealthKit trends alongside caffeine, alcohol, and symptom logs.

Privacy controls

The consent ledger, data export, and full deletion, end to end.

Safety & privacy

Designed to protect first, help second.

Crisis screening runs before AI does

Every entry is checked on-device for crisis language before any model is ever called. If it's flagged, you see support resources instead of a reflection.

Nothing sensitive leaves your phone

Journaling and reflections run on Apple's on-device model. There's no server call, no cloud LLM, no journal text in transit.

Consent is granular and reversible

Each data stream — HealthKit, journaling, tracking — is switched on individually and can be switched off just as easily.

You can always leave with your data

Export to CSV or PDF at any time, or delete everything outright. No support ticket required.

beyond15 is an active development project, not a registered or approved medical device. It's built to support everyday reflection and tracking between appointments — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified clinician. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

Pre-visit briefs, wearable trends, and draft documentation for the clinician side of the visit.
